What we collect, why, and who we share it with.

This policy explains what information Tidy Finds ("we") collects when you visit shoptidyfinds.com or place an order, and how we use it. We keep it to what's needed to run a small shop.
What we collect
- Order information: your name, email, shipping address, phone number (if provided) and what you bought. This is collected through Stripe's checkout.
- Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard data like IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the website. This site doesn't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
- Site statistics: to understand which pages and products people look at, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics and a simple first-party counter. Both are cookieless: they don't set cookies, don't build a profile of you and don't track you across other sites. We only see aggregated numbers, such as page views, which site sent the visit (for example TikTok or Pinterest), the country and the device type (phone or computer). Our counter doesn't store your IP address. When you tap Buy Now, we count the click before sending you to Stripe.
How we use it
- To process, ship and track your order, and to email you about it
- To answer your questions and handle returns or refunds
- To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've asked for them.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to process payments
- Our fulfillment partner and shipping carriers, who receive your name, shipping address and phone number (if provided) only to deliver your order
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and provides our cookieless site statistics
- Authorities, where required by law
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for customer service and for tax and accounting requirements, then delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them. We won't treat you differently for using them.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
